My review: This movie was pretty good. The mood is very unsettling and I felt like something was going to jump out at me from inside the screen. I was on edge the whole movie. THE CREATURE IN THIS MOVIE WAS CRAZY!!!! The shadows and eerieness were so cool.  The group of friends is stalked by an ancient Norse creature and becomes entangled with a village of people who worship the creature and wish to sacrifice them. The theatrics in this movie is great and I would recommend it when looking for a thrilling interesting watch.

While watching the movie, I believed I knew exactly what’s going to happen and then the plot twisted again. The grass and the evil that lurks within the grass manipulates individuals in the grass, this movie will manipulate you too! I would recommend this movie if you’re looking for an interesting horror movie.

Netflix

Rating: 8/10

Synopsis: Due to a family curse, a set of orphaned twins, Edward and Rachel must obey the rules of a menacing childhood lullaby to compensate for their ancestor’s sins. They are forbidden from letting outsiders into the house, must retire to their rooms by midnight, and should never be separated from each other. If the twins disobey these rules, they must face the wrath of a terrorizing presence that occupies their house after the clock strikes midnight.

My Review: The atmosphere in this movie was so amazingly creepy. The movie had barely started and I was ready to turn it off. There is a sense of eerieness that really got to me. The plot was overall very interesting. The twins are supposed to be confined to their house and are really just waiting for their death. Their parents are both dead by suicide and left their children orphaned. It is emphasized that Rachel wants out of this curse, however, Edward seems to be going mad and wishes for them both to remain in the house and follow the rules of their menacing lullaby. I really enjoyed this movie, although the mood is creepy, it wasn’t extremely scary. I would still watch it again because it contains several interesting scenes.

Rating: 8/10

Synopsis: Eli is a young boy who suffers from a rare auto-immune disorder that results in severe allergic reactions to the outdoors. As a result, he must live in sterilized protective gear. His parents take him to be treated in an old creepy house that has been turned into a medical facility specialized in treating patients with this rare disease. The mysterious Dr. Horn forces Eli to undergo extremely strange procedures and convinces his parents she can cure him. Eli becomes weary and a haunting force in the house tries to tell him something. He befriends a strange girl outside of the facility who visits him every day and warns him about the doctor. With each procedure, Eli becomes more paranoid and the plot drops and twists.

My review: This was a great movie, VERY SCARY, and very interesting. At first, you think you’re understanding everything that is going on however, as the movie progresses you learn you really knew nothing. I was rooting for Eli the whole movie because his doctor was sketchy. She would perform unordinary procedures and each time Eli would come out looking worse. It seemed as though his parents wanted the best for him and this was their last resort. I really enjoyed watching this movie and the ending was extremely shocking.
