Ingredients:
Penne Pasta (About 3 cups)
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon adobo
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon Salt
Water
1/2-1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese or Parmesan Cheese
Vegetables of your choice ( I used string beans, carrots and bell peppers)
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
About 1/4 of an onion
Olive Oil
Parsley
Directions:
First, begin by adding your pasta to boiling water that is lightly salted. Then, cut your vegetables of choice. In my case, I sliced up carrots, string beans, onion, and bell peppers. Because carrots are typically tough I boiled them until I was able to stick a fork into them. Next, add oil to a heated pan and add the minced garlic onions, and bell peppers and saute for about 3 minutes. After this, add your vegetables into the pan with about 1/4 cup water and saute for a few minutes before adding in the boiled and strained pasta. Add the seasonings and stir. Lastly, add in the grated cheese, stir, garnish with parsley, and voila you have a delicious pasta primavera dish!
