1 1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup softened butter
A pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
1/4 tablespoon ground cardamom (elaichi)
1/2 tablespoon ground clove
1./3 cup sugar
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees.
To a bowl add your flour, baking powder, spices, salt, and mix.
To another bowl add your milk, eggs, butter, and whisk together.
Next, combine the wet and dry mixtures.
Bake your cupcakes for 15 minutes, or until an interested toothpick is removed without residue.
Lastly, cool, frost, and garnish as desired and serve!
These cupcakes were literally so easy to make and super moist! They were really delicious and the perfect Autumn treat. I frosted them with homemade buttercream frosting and I added cinnamon and nutmeg to top it off. This was my first time making these cupcakes and they were truly amazing.
