Banana pancakes have been gaining recognition, because of its great taste and its simple recipe! With only a few ingredients you can have delicious banana pancakes at home
These pancakes provide a great flourless alternative to normal pancakes and will make your taste buds happy! 🙂
(Makes about three average-sized pancakes)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk
- Optional: a handful of chocolate chips, 1 1/2 tsp sugar/ honey
First, in a bowl combine the mashed banana and egg. Stir cinnamon and baking powder (and sugar/honey) into the mixture. Then, add the milk and vanilla extract. ( Add chocolate chips last if desired)
The batter will be slightly lumpy.
Next, heat an oiled pan on medium heat and pour or scoop the batter onto the pan. The batter should be cooked until both sides are golden brown.
