Mini Korean Fried Corn Dogs

1 Egg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon  Sugar

1/2 cup  Milk

1/2 Cup  Flour

Hot Dogs

Bread Crumbs



Begin by cooking your choice of hot dogs and set them aside. Next, crack one egg into a bowl and combine it with salt, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Now add flour to the mixture and mix well. Cut the hot dogs to your desired size and place toothpicks inside. Lightly coat them in flour,  shaking off the excess. After that, dip the prepared hot dogs into the flour batter allowing the excess to drip off, and coat them well in bread crumbs. Lastly, fry the hot dogs until golden brown, top with sugar, and add your favorite toppings!

MY Review:

These were everything I expected them to be and more! Beware of the amount of batter that this recipe makes. The hint of sugar is the finishing touch to the corn dogs, don’t miss out on it! These are great for any event or just a relaxing day at home, requiring minimal cleanup and who doesn’t love eating miniature food?
